Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

• Create and participate in lawful transactions recorded as Dealcova deals.
• Upload genuine milestone and delivery proof.
• Raise disputes only where there is a legitimate concern.

2. Prohibited Items

Prohibited transactions include illegal goods or services, counterfeit or stolen goods, fraud-related transactions, and other activities prohibited by Nigerian law.

Dealcova transactions must relate to a documented purchase or service. You must not use Dealcova for unrelated person-to-person transfers, savings, lending, investments, money laundering, or any attempt to move money without a genuine underlying transaction.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• No fabricated or altered evidence.
• No impersonation, harassment, or abuse of other users.
• No malware, scraping, or platform interference attempts.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in deal suspension, account restriction or termination, outcomes under the dispute rules, and referral to relevant authorities where required.
