Dispute Resolution Charter

Effective: 1 June 2026

This charter explains the dispute process in plain language.

1. When a Dispute Can Be Raised

A buyer or seller may raise a dispute after a Dealcova deal becomes active and before final completion. The process applies only to terms, progress, and evidence recorded inside that Dealcova deal. Off-platform activity cannot be reviewed through this process.

2. Immediate Effect

  • Further deal actions pause while the review is open.
  • The current provider-reported transaction status is preserved.
  • Full deal audit logs and proof records are preserved for review.

3. Evidence Window

Each party is expected to submit supporting evidence promptly. Late or incomplete submissions may reduce the ability to resolve the dispute in your favour.

4. Outcomes

  • Seller default: the review may decide an outcome in the buyer's favour.
  • Buyer default: the review may decide an outcome in the seller's favour.
  • Inconclusive: the review may decide a neutral outcome under the recorded terms and applicable rules.

5. Finality and Good Faith

Dispute handling follows the platform terms and available evidence, subject to applicable law. Dealcova does not guarantee a particular outcome or recovery. Any approved payout, refund, or cancellation outcome is processed through Squad according to the recorded resolution. Fabricated evidence or bad-faith conduct may result in an immediate adverse outcome and account sanctions.
