What Dealcova Does and Does Not Do in an Online Deal
Dealcova helps buyers and sellers agree terms, track progress, keep evidence and record an outcome. It is not a bank, does not inspect every item or seller, and does not guarantee delivery, quality, safety or a dispute result.

What Dealcova records
A deal can contain the agreed item or service, amount, milestones, progress evidence, approval, dispute activity and recorded outcome after both sides enter the deal flow.
What remains outside the record
Social-media conversations, side agreements, cash payments and direct transfers that are never added to the deal are not verified by Dealcova. Keep the important terms and evidence in the structured record.
What identity confirmation means
An identity-confirmed label means the seller completed the applicable Dealcova identity-matching process. It is not a business-registration check, recommendation, product inspection or promise about future behaviour.
What happens when there is a problem
A buyer may raise a dispute during the applicable review window. The review considers the deal terms and available evidence; the result depends on the rules, state and funds recorded for that deal.
How to use the signal responsibly
Review the seller, exact offer, price, terms, evidence, identity status and recorded history together. Stop and ask questions when details conflict or someone pressures you to skip the agreed process.
